1)No
2)No
3)Yes
4)Yes.
They are in their standards and understanding they try to be as fair as possible. But, when it comes to the death penalty. I think it is to harsh. In the US it takes years and years to uphold a ruling, in the Muslim countries it only takes three days, and the convicted is hanged, stoned, or whatever was the ruling. it does not take years, and many many appeals. I don't like it, because I am against the death penalty, anywhere.
5)Yes and No.
6)Yes.

You see the Laws in west, US, England etc. is not the same as theirs, so it is not very fair to answer some of those question with just yes or No. there is more to it than just a straight answer, but it seems it somehow works for them. Or, maybe they are use to it, and except it for what it is!
--------------------------------------------------

ADD:
Before I start. Muslims this is NOT an attack on Islam or Muslims. It is to answer the question only. Please don't be so sensitive and feel offended if you don't like the answer. I have checked and what I am about to post is what I have learned.

Afghanistan and Egypt.
Egypt used to be much more moderate and westernize nation. Untill the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood the country is losing control of the people, and group such as MBH are taking control. Equailty between the sexes is decreasing all the time. The use to have much more freedom, but lately more and more women are covering up because they have to. If they didn't they are being targeted and at times abused. The first day of the Eid of Ramadan in Cairo, Egypt. They had a big riot, and many girls were assaulted and raped, covered or not, they were assualted. some of the girls were grabed, some got their clothes torn of them, and raped.
As for the laws, the government laws is undermind next to the tribes or when it comes to sharia it comes first.
1)Yes but not everyone.
2) No
3)Yes. They can come in to a persons home search and even arrest a person without any reason.
4)Yes, but the question is what is fair to one may not be fair to another. The main issue is according to whoms law or understanding of fairness is it based on?!
5)Yes.
6)Yes. Most if not all of the laws is based from the Quran, and those laws that differ from what is written in the Quran is considered westernized laws and hence are not favorable.

Afghanistan:
1)Yes
2)No
3)Yes. But again in their understanding of what is fair, it may not be similar as others, but what they see is fair according to the their sharia laws.
4)Yes. Speedy, but it is more favorable to men than women.
5)Yes. Accorinding to their laws there will not be a second time to question anyway.
6)Yes. The Quran. The Sharia.

These are information directly from attorney who are practicing laws in those nations. I hope that was helpful.
Thanks, Peace to ALL

Salam :) I'm a Muslim youngster dwelling in Canada. I put on hijab alhamdullilah and it is for essentially the most facet authorised right here given that i reside in a large town with a immense Muslim populace. I do get the few ignorant feedback and idiots at college regardless that who ask stuff like "yo bought a bomb underneath there hahaha". But the toughest facet is being unique out of your peers. Being a Muslim, events, alcohol relationship boys dressed in revealing apparel and so forth is haram, and whilst I do not wish to do this besides, it may be somewhat awkward to have got to give an explanation for why I do not do it to persons who recollect it only a facet of being an adolescent and its typical to them. Muslims dwelling in Muslim international locations most likely have it less complicated on the subject of becoming in. And with meals it may be somewhat difficult however I consistently attempt to learn the label if I'm no longer definite of the materials. But I would not wanna be every other faith regardless of how tricky it will get and the way unique I consider from each person else, I'm happy to be Muslim :)

1)Have the right to bear arms? Yes. They are required to be constantly ready to fight and kill the "infidel". Koran Surah 9:29 http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/quran/9/index.htm

2)Allow soldiers to live in personal homes without consent? Refer to the above.

3)Search citizens without reasonable cause? Refer to the above.

4)Guarantee their citizens a fair and speedy trial? Of course they do. No Court, no Lawyers, just the Imam who decrees the sentence that's carried out instantaneously! You have been accused of theft? Off with his right arm! You have been accused of prostitiution? Bury her three fourths in the sand and stone her to death! You are accused of being gays? Hang them. You dared to speak or write against Islam, off with your head!

Muslims
1) No bare arms...keep them covered.
2) Must live in impersonal homes not needing consent.
3) Search people for bogus cause like everyone else.
4) Guarantee citizens a vague definition of fair and speedy.
5) Give the right to punishment without conviction.
6) Make their own Qu'arn, or Bible, or other home brewed gibberish that justifies their indulgence in all of the deadly sins just like everybody else that uses religion to justify evil.

1) No

2) *dnt understand the question*

3) No

4) fair, yes....speedy, no,, everything must take time

5) No...this is a misunderstanding...we have a saying " a man should not get bitten by the same snake twice" ..Which means that a man should not make the same mistake twice, especially if it's the exact same thing

6) We follow the laws of Allah, Prophet Mohammed (prayers & peace be upon him), and the Quran...but of course we keep those laws updated

Those are laws, it depends on what country you are referring to. Muslims are on all six inhabitant continents. most mulim countries have a secular-democratic govenment, U.S. is not the most civilized as far as govenemnt, for an example there are more prisoners in U.S. jails, then prisoner in Irans jail in number and per-capita. don't be decieved

here is an explanation of all muslim countries

hey sorry i don't have any website.

but the ammendments you just mentioned is actually the root to Islamic way of life.

its just that some people (arab countries) form their own opinions and turn islam into a theocracy which it neverrrrr should be. Islam says people have a Freedom of Speech and a Freedom of Choice in religion...along with what you mentioned up there

so yeah...

Your question is flawed, as "Muslims" are a religious group, not a country. There are many Muslim countries with differing laws and rights for it's citizens. You cannot lump them all into one set. Please specify which Muslim country.
