I made up this list of what not do do when meeting a girl for relationship purposes so far i have this and i want to know if i have any critical elements i am missing on my list that i can add. Please give your suggestions.
1. Do not talk about sex or anything that remotely relates to sex
2. Do not flirt with her friends
3. Do not try to meet her online
4. Do not talk about sensitive issues (religion, politics, etc.) until you get to know her
5. Do not say you "like her" as this is quite unrealistic. Say you are "attracted to her" if she asks you why you want to get to know her better.

Hmmm . . . #5 should read "Never talk about your feelings about her, because she will get the idea that you like her from the fact that you're chatting her up."
#6 should read "Don't try to be her friend before you go out on a date, lest you get stuck in the 'friend zone.'"
I'll try to comment on any additions people make too. Good night!
Oh yeah . . . what these people are saying is true too. There are no set rules that work all the time. Sometimes you have to go with the flow. So, #7 would be:
"These rules have exceptions, so use your best judgment."

you should be your self and hold nothign back girls love to meet a honest guy and someone who is real and then they know they can trust you and you don't have to pretend to be perfect no once is every makes mistakes in the beginning of a relationship just show her you "are attracted to her as you say lol" and try to see if she would like to come over to do something fun honestly i think having a night of playing games like scrabbling and stupid stuff like that is fun on a first date it gives you the chance to talk and get to know her better also you guys will laugh alot

I've been with the same guy for 2 years. he hasn't proposed, but we've talked about marriage & know that's where we're headed. We've broken every one of your rules. Just goes to show there's no set "rules" for anything when it comes to love.

Do not make up lists...especially ones containing rules...
