How much weight can you comfortably lift above your head and hold? Not whats the most you have ever lifted, but how much weight can you really hold above your head with your arms outstretched for more than a few seconds?

Around 230 lbs. But I need to wear my knee brace.


DERRIK....In case you didn't know...and I'm sure you didn't...you stand when doing a propper military press. And yes, I wear a knee brace. It's an injury sustained while kicking some sense in to someone. Now here's a link for you....

Around 120-140. There is a machine at my gym where you lay on your back and lift the weights with your legs and I can lift 220.

im 19 weigh 185 work out regularly i bench reps of 235 and military about 115 125....knee brace for military press when your sitting down??????? ok buddy
