The rule of thumb is they can hold it an hour for every month old plus one hour. So you shouldn't expect her to hold it for more than three hours. If you go to bed at 9:30, wake up at 12:30 to take her outside.

She probably won't need to go every three hours, but take her out that often until you figure out her pattern.

She should be crated at night and whenever you can't be supervising her. A crate actually helps a dog learn to build up their bladder so they can sleep through the night or tolerate when you're away at the movies for a few hours.

Your dog is a young one however and may need to be let outside to potty a couple times a night. It's just one of those parental pleasures that comes with adopting a puppy.

Do be sure you're crate training her though. She shouldn't be sleeping with you.

That is super young and she's not going to be good at holding it. If you take her out at 9:30 and she goes then you can crate her and take her out in 3 hours again. You can also expect accidents since she is so small still but she will start figuring it out and should be well on her way to being trained in about 4 weeks and will sleep longer too.
Good luck!
