im skinny..im not like dead skinny but im in a good shape but i want to get a little more chunky from the arms, writst, legs everythingy...im 5'9, amd i just want to get big not fat but stuffed a little bit more then work out and get buff..but how can i get buff from being skinny?

You're an exomorph, there is very little you can do about it Deal with that fact. Unless of course you're willing to commit hours of time, money and energy every week to bulk up I suggest you continue on your merry life.

You need to increase your calories for one thing. Try eating 5-7 meals a day that have plenty of calories. But get those calories from healthy sources. Also do resistance training that includes lifts that use the most muscle mass (i.e., squats, bench moves, dead lifts). With cardio keep your sessions to 20 min and go about 3 times a week for those.

Eat good amounts of peanut daily got me fat.

You eat more and sleep good,you need also exsercise,thank you.
