That's a toughie. Don't wanna sound too terribly cheesy. I guess somethin along the lines of Sweet, dreams beautiful. But you know what I think is even cuter, if you call her in the morning and tell her you love her and hope she has a great day and what not.

but then she does this amusing compliment thing, that says: both audience n Sally Field like Sally Field.
If you say a version of this to your girlfriend it says that not only do you like her you like her having personal esteem.
If she's way sleepy it'll just sound friendly. If she's alert she'll think it both friendly plus approving. If she feels funny about her "worth" there might be a better thing to say
