many viruses could be destroyed by disinfection, heat, ultra violet rays. but if your asking about medicine, they have categories and you'll need a doctor advice

there are some antiviral herbs. elderberry is one, colloidal silver isn't an herb, but it does have aniviral properties, and i know there are others, enquire at your local health food store
