Hoz is in the game, Diablo 2...is that why you ask ?
The only thing that I can come up with is that hoz (la hoz) is Spanish for sickle...
so maybe a gamer thought it was a cool name for Death or the Grim Reaper.

Why would you want to know that? Just in case you been using a Ouija board or something and a "spirit" is communicating under that name be careful and don't get involved in that because it's dangerous. Just in case.
