I like St. Maria Goretti too. Also St. Agnes (Mother Theresa's real name was Agnes), St. Philomena (powerful Saint). St. Padre Pio, St. Bernadette, St. Rita of Cassia, St. Margaret (Little Margaret), St. Marcelinus, St. Catherine of Sienna, St. Theres' (The Little Flower), St. Theresa of Avila.
My very favorite is the Blessed Mother. I think of her as Mother though and not so much a Saint but, for sure she is that!!.

Your question really reveals a misconception many have as to exactly what a saint is. The catholic church would have us believe that a saint is a special Christian who by deed has qualified for this designation.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Scripture uses the word Saint and Christian to describe the same individuals. Saints are simply and only Christians. EVERY Christian is a saint.
Acts 9:13
13 "Lord," Ananias answered, "I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem.
NIV
Rom 15:25
25 Now, however, I am on my way to Jerusalem in the service of the saints there.
NIV
Rom 15:31
31 Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers in Judea and that my service in Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints there,
NIV
1 Cor 14:33
33 For God is not a God of disorder but of peace. As in all the congregations of the saints ,
NIV
1 Cor 16:15
15 You know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints
NIV
Eph 1:1
1:1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:
NIV
There are many more examples. So to answer your question I would say my favorite saint is my wife.

None. Saints are chosen by corrupt mortal men. You don't even know if these characters actually existed. Anyway, there is nothing in the flawed, man-made Bible that instructs you to create or adore saints. Doing so makes you a non-Christian, as that practice is not the teaching of Jesus. Therefore, you and your Catholic cult members are all ignorant of the instruction manual you are supposed to go by.

Well, I was confirmed under St. Dymphna. She was a christian in ancient times, in what is now Ireland, I believe. Her mother was also a christian, but her father was a pagan. According to the story, her mother died and her father couldn't find someone who fit his standards for a new wife, but he needed one for some reason, so his advisers (who were also pagan) convinced him to marry his daughter. Well, Dymphna was horrified, so she, her priest, and a friend fled to escape the marriage. When her father caught up to her, she refused to marry him, so he cut off her head. This is why she is the patron saint of the insane because "her father was surely insane when he killed his own daughter." This story is probably very simplified and not historically accurate, but she is my favorite saint.

Reggie Bush, #25 for Running Back for the New Orleans Saints. Come on, you set yourself up for that one. While I find that sainthood is a fascinating concept; I don't think that the Catholic church has the right to declare who's a Saint and who's not.

I kind of like me. Most of those others I have never heard of before, must catholics so they won't count.
I like me, I am a saint according to the Bible. I like being a saint, knowing that I will be in Heaven some day with all the other REAL saints.
"I will listen to what God the LORD will say; he promises peace to his people, his saints— but let them not return to folly."
Psalm 85:7-9 (in Context) Psalm 85 (Whole Chapter)
