Seven Layer Taco Bean Dip
1. 1 can bean dip or half a can of refried beans
2. 1 container guacamole dip
3. combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 pkg. taco seasoning
4. 1 bunch green onions, chopped
5. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
6. 1 small can diced black olives
7. 1 layer shredded cheese
Layer in order given in an 8x8 inch serving dish. Serve with tortilla chips

2 cans refried beans
1 large container sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 container guacamole (Deans is good)
1 large can of olives
1 bunch green onions
4 small tomatoes
1 bag shredded mexican cheese
Spread beans on bottom of casserole dish. Top with guacamole. Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this over guacamole. Spread 1/2 of cheese as your next layer. Top with olives, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green onions. Top with remaining cheese.
For best results, let sit overnight in the fridge to let the flavors come together.
Serve with tortilla chips and its a Fiesta!

7 Layer Dip Recipe Ingredients 16-oz can refried beans 3-4 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed 1 T. Lemon juice 1 packet taco seasoning 1-1/2 C. Sour cream 3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped 1 lg. Can sliced olives, drained and rinsed 1/2 onion, chopped 2-3 C. Shreddedcheddar cheese Directions Spread refried beans in a 9x13" Glass casserole dish. Add lemon juice to the avocados and spread over the beans. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the avocado mixture. Sprinkle on the tomatoes, then the onions, then the olive. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Chill 1-2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.

use a 9x13 size dish use a can of refried beans on bottom, next layer use a container of sour cream(mix a half of packet of taco seasoning with sour cream), third layer on guacamole, then sprinkle shredded cheese on that, then cut up green onion sprinkle over that, dice up tomatoes, then top with cut up black olives! dig in with tortilla chips yum yum!

"7 Layer Sombrero Dip" - 8 to 10 servings
1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles; drained
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives; drained
3/4 cup EACH shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Chopped avocado (optional)
Spread beans on 10" serving platter. Blend sour cream and dressing mix; spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
"Everyone's Favorite Layered Tex-Mex Dip" - 16 servings
BEAN LAYER:
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. EACH minced garlic, ground cumin and hot-pepper sauce
GUACAMOLE LAYER:
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp. EACH fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro (parsley)
1 tsp. EACH minced garlic and salt
3/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
SALSA LAYER:
1 large tomato; seeded and chopped (1 cup)
1/4 cup sliced scallions (green onions)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (parsley)
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Tortilla chips
Lime wedges
1) Bean Layer: Mix ingredients in medium bowl. With rubber spatula, mound in center of a 12" or larger serving plate. Shape into a flat circle about 8" across.
2) Guacamole Layer: Halve avocados; scoop flesh into a medium bowl. Mash with lime juice, cilantro, garlic and salt until almost smooth. Spread on top of bean layer.
3) Top with sour cream; sprinkle with cheese. Cover surface directly with plastic wrap to keep out air; refrigerate.
4) Salsa Layer: Stir ingredients in medium bowl; cover and refrigerate.
5) To serve: Remove plastic wrap. Drain juices from Salsa; spoon over cheese. Surround dip with chips and lime wedges; serve extra chips in a basket.

1 cn fritos jalapena bean dip

3 avocados; mashed
1 ts lemon juice
1 garlic salt to taste

8 oz sour cream; mixed with
1/2 pk lawrys taco mix
5 green onions; chopped
2 md tomatoes; chopped
1 cn (small) sliced ripe olives
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
I suggest shredding cheese first and putting in refrigerator until needed-
easier to work with. Refrigerate, covered with Saran wrap, for 24 hrs. for
flavors to blend.
