Eyeliner confusion!?

Do you put eye liner above your bottom eye lash or underneath it? --- any good tricks for a small eyed blonde? thanks for your help!

I personally have pretty wide eyes and I do a line along my upper lashes, toward the inside (to bring out my upper lashes) and a little smudge along my bottom lashes to give my eyes some definition.

I would definitely recommend doing the top line. Try the bottom smudge (just a little, too much looks skanky and cheap) and if it doesn't work for ya, wash it off. Most everything I know about what looks good on me was the result of an experiment that involved a closed bathroom and a lot of soap.

Also, curling your lashes and using a curling mascara will make your eyes appear wider.

It depends on the look you're going for. If you want a more dramatic look, go above the lashes. If you want a more everyday look, below. If you really want intense, do both! I tend to keep it under for work, go above for weekends, and do both for nights on the town for a "smoky" look.

usually eye liner is draw on the top eye lash.. almost the same line as ur eye lash..slightly thicker

under eye lash..draw on the same line as eye lash..

for a start..try get those pencils..draw easiler

I do both. I put most above and then a little on the bottom. BUT JUST A LITTLE!

I would definitely recommend mascara for small eyes. But don't go too dark for everyday use

You can do it either way. Eye liner will make your eyes look smaller, whereas curling your eyelashes upwards with mascara will make them look bigger.

Underneath your bottom eyelashes, or above your upper eyelashes. =)

Don't line them and just use mascara.
