You seem to have an eating disorder. You had a healthy snack, and time of day when you eat doesn't matter, unless it's in the morning. The sooner you eat when you wake up the faster your metabolism. Or at least it speeds to a normal rate, and doesnt slow down. If eating at night, would make you gain weight, I'd be a whale. But Im not, not even close.

You are a little misguided if you think eating an apple will make you fat and that you work out 6 hours a day. Look at how your peers live there lives and figure out if you are in sync with them.

If you didn't throw your apple up, you will be obese within the next 12 hours. I would recommend not eating at all for a week......NOT. Geez lady, thats just obsessing with your weight too much. Is your name Nicole Richie?

NO! the reason why is you can eat at any time and you will not get fat. body builders actuly get up every 3 hours to eat to keep muscle mass. so eat away

No......Of course not.......

Eating one apple isn't going to make you all of a sudden gain about 20lbs or so.....The apple isn't even ONE pound.

BTW, you might want to see the doctor about your OCD....
