You should have been at the doctor a long time ago. This sounds very serious. There's no way in hell we could tell you what is wrong. Because there is to many different thing this could be. This will only stress you out more and it may even spread down to the esophagus.The only thing you can do is google it. But i say get to the doctor asap. And keep you mouth off of these hot in ready vaginal or penis areas . Seriously keep you mouth to your self.

sounds like yeast overgrowth to me. are the bumps white? It is probably yeast. does it not seem to matter how much water you drink, your throat is still dry? probably yeast. go to a health food store and get a yeast cleanser, hope this helps

i dont know but you can get chlymdia and gonarreh in your throat as well better go to the dr

sounds like dr visit time it could be strep or some type of staph infection.
