If people are rude, domineering, generally mean, how is that they can get away with it all the time, even if it is brought to their attention, that they are being bad?

I mean isn't there a karma or something?

You've answered your own question. Most people care about what others think about them. If a person is so self centered that they do not care what others think, they can take advantage of others' good graces.

What do the good people do. Let them get their way and pity them after they leave. The rude people don't care if they are pitied and are happy that they got their way.

Karma is actually an idea that that in another life you will be paid back for any good or bad you did in this life. It is a lie, its not true. We are destined to die once and then be judged.

Anyone who doesn't turn from trying to get away with things etc. weather they know it or not, are in rebellion against God himself. That is the fact.

And they will be judged for this. Evil is the prince of this world. But Jesus is stronger.

somewhat, theist are doing sins because they'd a God to forgive. Atheists comprehend that others have a similar discomfort as he had. So he does not do damage to others. i'm the social gathering. i do not opt for to grant discomfort even to an animal and so I stay as a vegetarian. (Why some each and anybody is amazingly strict about the spelling? language is only for the purpose of communication. this isn't a English preparation type)

I've been puzzled with the same thing lately. Not all bad people get away with being mean. It comes down on them sooner or later. You know how people get really sick and ask why me or they seem to be veiled with back luck. That meanness has just come back to haunt them. Just don't let them make you feel bad or just avoid them as much as possible.

Good question. Most people avoid confrontation. We hate it. We hate to be challenged, we hate to argue and we hate to look stupid or petty or "low" for arguing and fighting with people. So, we shut up and let the rude people be rude and then talk about them behind their backs as if we are supeior becuase we didn't behave the way they did ... and maybe we are. But we are also pissed that we let someone walk all over us and we are embarassed that we didn't stand-up for ourselves. THAT is how rude people get away with what the do and how they act.

Now, if you are really looking to stop that kind of treatment, then buckle down and get ready to look someone in the eye and say things like, "How dare you talk to me like that?" Or, "Who do you think you are?" And my favorite, "You can't possibly think I'm going to let you get away with that?" You may lose your first few confrontations until you start feeling more comfortable with standing up for yourself in hostile situations, but like all bullies, rude people don't like it when someone calls them to the mat. They will eventually back off. Then you've won.

Here's the question that will blow your mind, did you just lower yourself into behaving just like them so that you could "win" and are you now just as rude? OR, did you stand up for yourself and hopefully change the behavior of a rude person who will no longer go out of their way to offend those around them? Humm .... Most of us will never know, because we do hate confrontation .....

Because it seems everything in this world is centered around ME,ME,ME. It has become a normalcy in society for people to be less than concerned with anything or anyone that has no signifigant value towards their own well being. It's sad but nobody cares anymore. People will say they do but actions speak louder than words...

because of the bleeding hearts, letting them get away with anything e.g. drug dealers and killers just getting a slap on the hand.

They don't give a you-know-what about what you think about them. But believe me, bad people don't get away with it. it comes back on them somehow.
