i own a repair shop, and no ,,your not in for no surprises with it at that mileage,,you might have to replace the timing chain and gears in around a 150 thousand but other than that keep the oil changed good in it,and it should last real good, mine has around 95 k on it,,an i just changed the plugs twice in it ,so there good vehicles,,the newer ones last real good, the better care you take of it the better it will last,,you should get a lot of good driving out of it,,like you said the rust you cant control,,but the rest of it should hold up real good,,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

for the reason that Im a Bulls fan I cant choose the Bulls-Celtics series Im pissed about dropping the day before as we communicate. i'm hoping we may be able to nonetheless win yet Im fairly frightened. the finest series I say is the 76ers-Magic series outdoors of my own crew. The Magic had an 18 element lead and enable the 76ers make a huge comeback. The 76ers are very experienced and arent going to enable the Magic function over them. the first activity had a ton of excitement with Iguodala hitting the buzzer beater. at the same time as the Magic went up large I even concept it became over and grew to grow to be my television off. BQ:Lakers win activity 2 this evening, The Jazz win video games 3 and four at living house, and than the Lakers take the series in video games 5 and six like very last 365 days. i imagine this will be resembling very last years series and the Jazz will look after their homecourt. Lakers dont have a killer intuition and play adverse protection and that i can see the Jazz exploiting that in 2 video games. Lakers will win because they are only the more desirable ideal crew. BQ2: I dont imagine so. i imagine the Spurs are too experienced and the Mavericks are too inconsistent. Parker is dominating Jason Kidd on the instantaneous and Dirk Nowitzki by no potential supplies up Tim Duncan. Nowitzki is a choker and could revert back to his choking type. BQ3: Chicago Bulls with Leon Powe out for the series. The Bulls are going living house to the United middle and the Celtics were a adverse street crew for the reason that KG went down with an harm. Rose didnt play properly in activity 2 and became in foul hassle and Ben Gordon is heating up. If Rose performs more desirable ideal in activity 3 the Bulls have the sting because they now have the arrogance to conquer the Celtics/ BQ4: sure he seems more desirable ideal because hes getting more desirable minutes. i imagine he sees KG on the bench and receives scared so he remains frightened about him. at the same time as large infant neglected a shot he regarded on the bench scared that KG would make him cry back. at the same time as he neglected the shot he began crying because he even with the truth that KG would yell at him back Nick C i'm hoping it lasts 6 video games lol. I dont opt to play activity 7 in Bahston(or inspite of Bostonians call their city)

Had an 89 GM 1500 and loved it. There's not much difference between an 89 and a 90. I sold it at 150000 miles and the next owner sold it at about 240000 miles. It was still running strong.

The flaws are alternators go out sooner than most. The heater hose connection to the head corrodes and needs to be replaced after a short time. not too bad of a truck at all.

If the engine has been serviced properly, it should last three times that long. The water pump and alternator generally are the only items other than normal maintenance items like plugs, filters etc. that need replacement. I have 155000 miles on my 93 Silverado and she runs like new.

78,000, heck that truck is barely broke in. Me and some of my co workers who have been transferred all around the country and gotten back close to our original home have GM vehicles with anywhere between 225,000 to 400,000 on our odometers and they are still running strong. Just make sure you change all fluids on a fairly regular basis

if it has been maintained well...such as regular oil changes and such...I wouldn't be afraid of it...drive and enjoy.
