I would agree with you that it is ok to believe in science and have no religion and believe in a divine creator. I am an atheist, but I am for freedom of religion as well.

What exactly did thecatholics turn religion into? you do know that theyn were here long before any upstart protestant church was even thought of, by at least 1500 years. so , smug little girl, I suggest you get some education, and shut the hell up about the catholic church, or atheists, since you obviously know nothing about either. People with your attitude are why the protestant churches are getting such a bad rap lately. Ignorance and bigotry are no excuse to belittle others when you lie.

I dont care what a person believes as long as they don't try and force their beliefs on anyone else. But of course I would bother someone who is trying to make me see it their way.

By the way I was raised catholic but dont believe that stuff.

Umm, Fried Plantain, will you please explain what Catholics have "turned religion into"? I was unaware that we had changed religion in the last few hundred years. If you are Protestant, you must know that it was yall who changed the Christian religion, since yall split off of us. I am really curious to see what you have to say about Catholics. What does the last part of your question mean? You did not word your question very well if you want intelligent replies. Please add details. I really am very curious to hear what you have to say.

I believe in science and have a religion too; my religion just organizes my beliefs and guides me. If you believe in "God" but not a religion and work to do good things I'd hold you in high esteem. Kudos! God bless and peace.

That is fine, but you need to give us evidence that there is a creator. You only delay questions by saying that, not answer them. You need to have evidence to back up the extra step or you are making it up.

I don't need an "it's still ok," who said I'm looking for anyone's darn permission? I don't believe because I do not believe in this stuff.

Gosh, I'm so relieved.

Thanks for allowing me my beliefs, and not disliking me more than you dislike Catholics.

It's a load off my mind, I'll tell you.
