no ,just be up front ,they want to know you can be trusted. half of the people there have smoked weed. Don't lie on your polygraph either, it will place don't in your Superior officers.

It depends on how long ago age 20 was. More importantly, it depends on if you're honest about it. If you say you've never smoked weed, but through their investigation they find out you did, you're done. Tell the truth and it will probably not be a problem.

The latest drug test can detect Marijuana in your system for up to 5 years. A five year drug history can be found in your hair. Don't try to shave your head for the test. They will find hair somewhere on your body. A completely shaved body is not only almost impossible but will only raise the question of why you shaved your entire body.

Depends when you were twenty and whether or not you have had time to get it out of your system. They do not do a hair follicle test to be a prison guard. So, if it has been several months, I think you are "safe".

only if you've been caught..or especally if you've been caught dealing, because that falls under "felony"
