my friend is kinda fat and he puts him down so much and hes too much of a puxxy to ask any1 out because hes too shy and thinks he will never have a chance in hell and is so damm un self confident what should he do?

do you... sorry, does he have a problem with large women? When any man can not find a woman he is simply setting his requirements too high. tell this guy to make every effort not to look like a big fat guy, even fat guys can buy nice threads, comb the hair, try not to stink and make an effort to promote the what ever good thing ya got going. The last resort buy yer friend the tang for a night some times just getten off is a beneficial ego booster.

I have a fat male friend who gets all kinds of girls bec he is very funny, warm, smart, great personality; all that together outweighs the fact that he's fat. But he is SUPER-CONFIDENT.
Fat and low self-esteem, honestly, that's not good. The bottom line is he has to get confident. Go to the gym and start doing weights. Another suggestion: google Ross Jeffries and NLP Seduction techniques. Its supposed to be very effective for all men, including fat ones. Out of curiosity, I studied it a bit myself; I do think its worth a look... Good luck! Learn from your mistakes; don't give up!

He should ask fat girls out. Find a fat girl that looks nice and point her out to him (make sure the fat girl doesn't think YOU like her, now). But the best thing he could do is lose some weight. It's really easy if he has any kind of discipline at all. Good night!

Believe it or not, not all of us girls look at looks alone. Tell ur friend to be more confident, and it will show through is attitude and personality and that will make him attractive. There's nuttin sexier than a guy who know what he wants, gets it, and is able to keep it. This along with honesty, good hygiene, humor, and friendliness will get him far. Trust me from a girl's point of view.

'fat dudes' usually are so much fun and have a killer personality. of course they can get girls but usually the larger, not so cute kind of girls if you know what i mean. the more attractive girls know that they are hot even though they wont admit it. they will not go for a fatty over a stud, they are concided because they think it will damage their image. so tell your friend not to aim to high and ask a larger girl to dance because they are the ones that are a blast to hang out with and hot ones will be more into themselves than they will be into him.

well, fat dudes can get a gurl. If a gurl looks at your looks than your personality then thats not the girl you want. Just because one is "fat" doesnt mean he cant get a gurl...i mean come on the fat dudes sometimes get better looking/ personality girls then the "gangsta" or "slim/athletic" dudes does. You should tell your friend to be his self and be confident...and his personality will shine through his looks.

He should start working out...I was really fat not to long ago by my standards, but I dropped close to 40 lbs and the swagger is back...not there yet but he needs to get himself better or he will have no swagger...

I think your friend should talk to girls, girls can overlook looks if they have a good sense of humor, or a nice personality. Tell him to overlook his depression, and take chances, or else nothing will happen!
