they are the ones who believe in him and want us to believe too. So why shouldn't they come up with proof? (or just shut up and stop telling us to believe) Why do they tell us we are wrong for not believing? I don't think believers are wrong, they just have different opinions.

Long ago people believed in rain gods, sun gods, and sea gods, etc. Someone finally explained it all with science and proved them wrong.

someone once gave an example using a box. Say someone put an object in a box and closed it up. You can tell the object is in the box is you weigh it, shake it, and open it. Now, take the object out and give it to a believer. They can say that the object inside is too light to weigh and doesn't move so it wont make a sound when you shake it. Without opening the box, can you prove it's in there? (science can)

so, did I get thumbs down because I don't believe? Or because they don't have proof and are angry?

I do not got mad, but frustrated. Their is proof around every Conner if people will open their eyes. Small miracles that even people who believe God experience. One that recently happen to me was someone told me stop and just then a person came inches away in front of my car. I thanked God for saving that person life and my reputation. Another example is one were a person that was traveling in a car that got into an accident and the car got total, the person only walked away with minor injuries, this happen every day.

If they get mad then they are not a true believer. The proof is what they share about Jesus Christ with you. They give you their testimony. The proof is in the hope and joy we have in Him. All we can do is tell you the change He has made in our lives. I would never get mad at someone asking for proof. I would tell them the difference made in my life through Him. Heres my example. A boy was out flying a kite one day when a man came up and asked him Why are you flying a sting? The boy said Im not its my kite. The man asked How do you know you cant see the kite through the clouds. The boy answered back No I cant but every now and then I feel a little tug to know its still there. And if you dont believe Im not angry with you I only feel sorry for you. Please repent and ask the Lord to become your savior it will be the best decision you ever make. Peace out and God Bless.

You ask why a believer gets mad when you need proof, and then you say they should come up with proof....Interesting. Let me ponder that....ok done.
First of all, I don't think you should generalize and say that believers get mad over someone who can't see the light. Some people may get frustrated when confronted about proof, they just need to turn to themselves and find the correct answer to share during the next test of faith
Secondly, you ask why shouldn't a believer show you proof...well if you opened your eyes, take a deep breath and perhaps a walk you would realize all the proof that you need to know about believing. For those who want it, the proof is there, for those who do not want it or do not understand it, there will never be enough proof.....

While there is no way to absolutely PROVE that God exists, consider this: the retina of your eye covers less than one square inch yet contains 137 million light-sensitive cells. That just happened, huh? Just think about seemingly ordinary things, like the way your hands work, how your lungs automatically function, the correct placement of your facial features, the conception, gestation and birth of a human being, the fact that your eyebrow hair does not just grow like the hair on top of your head, and the tastebuds on your tongue. I suppose I would concede that those things could possibly have randomly happened, maybe once in the history of the universe. But to say that they (and millions of other processes and physicalities that can be observed in all of creation) happen randomly millions of times over and over again is ludicrous. If you want proof of God, all you have to do is look around.

I don't know. Perhaps control issues. Perhaps something else. Some people just have no ability to understand that people do not believe the way that they do.I believe a man named Jesus probably lived. That is about it. I believe that on the basis of what historians say. If I'm going to believe something, it has to have a basis in fact. I believe the origins of life will be explained by science. And I also admit that I could be wrong. I respect what anybody wants to believe.

I, myself, do not get upset if someone refuses to believe, that is not my problem. I think we get frustrated in that we give evidence and it isn't good enough or not enough. I am not sure what you want, a photograph? A video? I could give you pages of evidence, and still it wouldn't be enough for you. But, I know from the Scriptures that no one can have faith unless God gives them the faith to believe, opens their eyes so they may see their lost state, their sinful condition and the need for a savior. The natural man(spiritually dead) will not seek God on his own nor acknowledge their sin problem, so it is not surprising that many do not believe. All we are called to do is proclaim the truth of Christ and His work on the cross, the rest is up to God. So, whether you believe or not, doesn't affect me in the slightest, it doesn't lessen my standing before God, diminish my salvation or cause my faith the waiver.

How do you know anyone existed before physical proof? I just can't believe we came from apes or pond scum. There has to be a superior being. There are are too many things scientists can't explain. Archaeologists are finding more and more proof of biblical facts. It's better to believe and have faith in God than the alternative. Gods great commission, Go and make deciples!

If you can read this then its proof enough ,for every creation there has to be a creator and only a God could make something out of nothing ,if you really believe there is no God then you must also believe a magician can really pull a rabbit out of a hat

You can "not believe" as much as you want. That's one way to exercise your free will (a gift from God, btw). Just another decision you get to make along the way to your day of judgement.

When you come to the point that you open your heart and your mind to the love and mercy of the one true God, and to salvation thru His Son, Jesus, you'll realize that you suddenly have more "proof" than you'll ever need.

Yes, science can sometimes be comforting. Except when you falsely think that you can avoid responsibility for your actions by clinging to "but science...".

Choose wisely.

i think believers get mad because religion isn't about proof and the disbelievers dont understand that.

i think some believers might get mad because the world is laid out so perfectly and something that is so perfectly constructed as the world and humans didn't just happen by chance.

believers just want what is best for disbelievers and believers believe that believing in the Divine being brings nothing but good.

some believers are just self righteous and want to tell you how to live your life. these are the piece of **** believers that need to get a foot stomped in their ***.
