Just Kidding.
My cat did that because she is allergic to flowers.

Maybe it's allergic to people, Just kidding.
Does your cat go outside much? My brother's cat got a piece of some plant stuck up its nose that had to be removed. Or maybe it's allergic to a certain flea powder or other medicine your using.

It depends on the symptoms. Is your cat an indoor or outdoor? If her eyes and/or nose is runny, it could be a sign of rhinovirus. If this is the case, you want to be sure to wash your hands a lot and make sure she doesn't sneeze on you. When I brought my cat home from the shelter he had rhino and sneezed in my boyfriend's eye. His eye became swollen almost immediately and he had to take strong antibiotics to treat it.

could be an upper respiratory infection, tumor, virus. Take your cat the vet so you can get a diagnosis. Without seeing the cat there is no way to make a diagnosis over the computer
