Heyy my face turns red wen im not even embarassed how do i stop ths?

You may be overheated, try pulling of your sleeves when you feel like that. It may be something bigger though, you may have Ambrosia, it is a very normal skin problem. It happens mostly in small children. I think they make antibiotics for it.

You may have a skin condition called Rosacea. This condition is genetic and thus one of your relatives also has this skin problem. Go to the web site www.rosacea.org and look up the trip wires which are things that can make the facial skin more red. Avoid those agents that make you flush or blush. See you local dermatologist for topical medication like Metrogel or Noritate or Avar.
There are new laser treatments that can help reduce or eliminate the redness.
I have found that by avoiding red wine, excersicing more and focusing on reducing stress in my life that I can reduce the outbreak of rosacea. I also have used Metrogel and this helped greatly.

Me too! I've found that the more I think about it, the worse it is. Like if I'm talking to a hot guy I KNOW I'm going to turn pink, even though I'm not embarrassed or shy. So I kind of embrace it, realize it's going to happen, and move on. I usually still blush, but it happens quickly since I'm not focusing on it, and I don't know if the other person even notices. I think it's mostly "all in your head" but still...
Other tips:
Salmon supposedly helps reduce flushing.
Foods are thermogenic, meaning their actual temp. affects your core temp. So try carrying around a bottle of cool water, have drinks w/lots of ice, etc.
