If you have a Trader Joe's store by you- they have THE BEST basmati rice! They also have korma, masala and curry sauces in jars - just add the veggies or meat!!

You can get the best basmati rice at a local Indian/Pakistani/Meat Store, that's where we get ours. It's so good!
