i hav a stopped up noze and im coughin and my chest hurts

Well you can just go to a doc and they'll give u a prescription or just take cough syrup or look at the medicine and see what it works for and what makes you sneeze is like theirs is to much dust or theirs just a fuzz or something tickling your nose and what makes a cough is that theirs puss in your throat and that's what makes you cough

Okay, first, that is bad, coughs and sneezes are caused by irritants in your respiraratory system. If you also have fever and trouble breathing, you need a chest xray to rule out pneumonia!! Feel better! Merrry Christmas!

get some medication for it before it turns into pneumonia, which it can if not treated. otc medications can help, but you mayu wind up needing to see a doctor if it continues even with medication.

the medicine is called tussin it works well...
