You need a break from your everyday routine. I was feeling that way for a while at work and I just need to take some time off to recoup. There are several services you can call for guidance. Have you tried the 9-line Covenant House? Look it up on line. I'm not sure if I am able to post their information on Answers b/c it is an endorsement. But you will find the information on the web. They have trained counselors on there that can help you and it's anonymous. If you need to vent go right ahead and do it. They're there for you.

There are places that offer counseling on a sliding rate and are very willing to work something out with you payment wise. Help is possible if you can make yourself face it and get some help. Sometimes in these miserable states things seem more impossible than they really are. You owe it to yourself to be happy, so please get some help. If you are worried about possible being put on some medication (s) and are worried about how to pay for it, then ask your doctor to help you get and fill out the paper work for a PAP program. This is a program that a lot of drug companies offer, as well as the government, that either reduce the cost of medications or offer them for free to people who need them but cannot afford them. Hope the best for you. Good Luck!

I've been there before. Life is hard and when your emotions are raging and you feel there is no one to help life can be almost unbearable. Do you have any hobbies? Is there anything that doesn't make you feel sad and angry. If so try and focus on doing that. Maybe you should consider a new job. Do you have a religion? Sometimes peace with your creator can help. Try taking a multiviatim for a while this may help. My heart goes out to you. I have had some dark days before. Email me jenniferpatrick123@yahoo.com

Have you sat down and analysed why you get into a rage all the time? Try to calm your mind and control your outbursts. This comes from practice, if you have a genuine desire to improve.
If there are no local counseling services, try to talk to your friends and release your feelings - of course you cant show your rage at them, as they would be gone from you if you do so!

At home, cry your heart out! If you need to talk, e-mail me at jillgramos@yahoo.com. I don`t think people are crazy that easily. I feel really frustrated at school ecause it`s become vanity fair with the girls. You don`t have to give me any personal info, but just tell me how you feel, and I`ll be praying for you. God loves you! And Merry Christmas! And Jesus is the reason for the season!

Emotions build up inside of us. Especially the angry ones.
The easy way to release them is to do simple stretching exercises.
The easiest and most effective stretching exercise is to rotate your head around, then the opposite way, forward and back, side to side, up and down, etc. Move your shoulders up in a circular motion. Then move your arms around, stretching and pushing the muscles in your neck and shoulders. This takes about 15 minutes, and does WONDERS to you when you are stressed to the max!

there are usually free counseling services offered in most areas. Try looking into it if you can. Call a local doctor's office and ask. You definitely need to get some help. Good luck.

It does help to talk to someone and doing peaceful things. Try to relax, exercise, go for walks, take yourself to a spa, or a club and dance your troubles away. I also find that going to church helps. You can talk to a priest or a nun, they won't charge you anything.
