Or maybe boys express their love to animals in a different way. Girls dont mind and like to kiss them.

I don't think it is strange. My girl kitty Nina tilts her head toward me when i say kisses. All of my babies love to be kissed. My make cat Simon loves to give kisses back by kicking my face. What sweeties cats are don't you think? Keep on kissing those babies

My husband thinks it's gross when I kiss my kitties on the mouth. I just think I love them! Sometimes I just hold my face out and they give me a kiss!

Nope, you're completely normal. I kiss my cats in the face, on the bellies & on their paws. They've gotten so use to my affection that when I pick them up, they automatically headbut me in order to get a kiss. :)

LOL, if you are abnormal, then there are alot of strange cat lovers out there!
One of my guys, Riley Roo, is quite the lover. When you pick him up, he wraps his front paws around your neck and starts nuzzling your ear with his nose. Ahhh, the love of a cat!

You're not the only one. My ritual with my two cats is this: they wake up and each walks down the hall toward me. I greet them" "A wake-a-pa-na-yu?" They answer "Meeeooow."
I pick up Number One Cat. Hold him up, kiss his cheeks and nose, his chest and then his belly. I put him down and pat his head.
Then I pick up Next to Number One Cat and do exactly the same.
Then I feed them.
