About 8 Hours driving. Just out of curiosity.... when are you going? I have to take a test there June 7th and was wondering if for a fat chance you're taking the same one...?

I don't know how these people are driving but I have made the trek from Tampa to Atlanta and back 20 or more times and it always takes about 6.5 hours. You take the florida turnpike up to 75N and you are home free. I drive lickety split and don't stop all the time. If you keep the cruise around 78MPH and only stop for gas and bath breaks and food all at once you can do it everyday in under 7 hours. It is roughly 440 miles from city center to city center. Where in Atlanta are you going? that can slow you down if you come through during rush hour, there is NO rush then, but many hours!!!

It could take anywhere between 6-8 hours. All depends on traffic, weather and what time of day you plan to travel down there. A lot of people travel down Thursday evenings and all day Friday to spend the weekend down there. If you have someone else driving with you, it could be faster. Only stopping for gas and a bathroom break at the same time. If your going down I-75, make sure you do the speed limits. I've seen many people pulled over for speeding.

It's just about 500 miles from my house in Marietta, GA (an Atlanta suburb on the northside) to Disney World). It can take from 8 -10 hours depending on how fast you drive and how many stops you take for meals/breaks.
