My friend and I knew this guy equally. She had his phone number and called him from my home phone to talk to him. The night after that he calls my home (he got my phone number from her calling him from my phone).......and talks to me and tells me that he was interested in me and not her even though she was interested in him.......so I agreed to go out on a date with him.....then she calls me crying because he didn't like her and liked me ........and I realized that I couldn't do this to her so I told him I couldn't go.....he was I guess mad and about two weeks later he calls her and said that he would go out with her and told her that I wasn't THAT pretty and called me satan.....WHAT is up with this GUY!?!?!? why did he say that rude stuff when I was his first pick next to her ?

Lyndsay ~ don't sweat it. You did the right thing by your friend, and should feel proud. He said those things was in response to you rejecting him, (defense mechanism). Although immature, very typical. The way a person behaves during adversity and times of crisis can be a measure of their character. Your girlfriend should also not have repeated these things as it was vindictive. During the course of your life try your best not to behave as these two have. I say in life "learn to recognize the inconsequential and ignore it"
Also be careful mixing alcohol with lithium, especially at the graduation celebration. You must take care whom you are with when indulging in alcohol especially as you are only 100 lbs. Just smile and know that you are a good friend, and person, don't sweat the Small stuff, watch your drinking. You deserve a better guy than that creep. PEACE:)

I'm no guy but he's pissed. I think it's more to get revenge on you, not 'cause he really likes her. as for the satan part. He really still likes you but since you won't go out with him he's calling you names. Be preped for some school drama too. It may happen. Sorry. But he deos like you, from my expirience (spelling) just don't let it get to you!

He was hurt and maybe embarrassed so he tried to make it seem like he didn't care.
I would talk to your friend and explain what happened and let her know that it has made you concerned about what type of person he is.
Let her know your concerns but also let her know that you'll be there for her whether she listens to them or not.

Obviously he's an idiot. Don't worry about him, he's just some stupid guy. Make sure your friend doesn't get hurt, however, from his acts, because you never know what he could do to her.
