An apple, red delicious. Small size. It will keep you full for 3-4 hours.
Especially if you eat it for breakfast. Bonus; the skin cleans plaque off your teeth.

Apples are the best! They taste great and they are proven to wake you up and make you more alert than coffee does!
Any snack that has "no sugar added" (read the label to see if sugar is an ingredient to know if it was added....if not, then there may be natural sugars such as the fructose in apples which will keep you trim) is great.
Any fruit is good, fruit salad will spice thigs up and smoothies are easy to make with frozen fruit. If you are looking for protien you can easily add that in a powder form to the shake.
Good Luck!

A grain-based cereal with non-fat milk.
It's satisfying because it's sweet, and takes a while to eat.
High fiber cereals are the best--eating a lot of fiber will help you absorb less fat during the rest of the day.
Milk is high in protein, which outweighs the caloric amount.
I'm eating a bowl right now. :)
Also recommended: good old apples
Best wishes and have fun snacking. :)

power bar trail mix. My husband lost 35 pounds from eating them in between breakfast and lunch hour. It was the first thing he ate. Also he ate them before he fought in cage fighting.
