use this product called {girls glo} you can get it at Target in the make-up or hair section. It is also really cheap, $4:50 plus tax, but that is for a pretty big bottle. So far i've had mine for almost 1 full year! {LOL} My hair is really brown/aburn and it works for me. Oh yeah if you get it, there are three different kinds. thin thick, extra thick. If your hair has alot of volume then get the extra thick, exspeically if it's wavy {LOL} Anyway hope my advice works!
Good Luck

You can take vitamin E supplements for healthy skin, hair and nails and use what you can from a hair care line called Pro Natural’s which has shampoos, conditioner, hair masks, hair oils and stuff that is sulfate, alcohol free so it's so gentle for your hair and makes it really soft and shiny.

Take 4-5 lemons, wrap them in a towel, and smash them. Then take the lemons out, and squeeze the juice and pulp from the rinds) mixed with a cup of warm water into your hair, massage and leave in about 10 minutes, then rinse. Do this with clean, wet hair. See if that helps. I also like the Aveda hair products.

TRY AUSSIE MOIST SHAMPOO , AND CONDITIONER.
STAY AWAY FROM PANTEEN, ITS FULL OF WAX.
JUST A QUICK FIX FOR HAIR.
I USED TO USE PANTEEN, BUT MY HAIRDRESSER TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS THE WORST SHAMPOO TO USE.
AUSSIE IS # 1 IN MY BOOK , AND I HAVE WILD DRY HAIR
DO NOT PUT CONDITIONER ON YOUR ROOTS ,ONLY ON THE ENDS.WHEN APPLIED TO THE ROOTS ,IT MAKES THE HAIR LOOK GREASY.

Try this stuff called BLONDE. Its shampoo and conditioner for blonde hair, but it makes brown hair shiney. YOU can try showering in the morning, straighting you hair (sometimes it works amazingly) and maybe put sparkley stuff in it.

Almond oil. No kidding. You can get it at a health food store, in the health and beauty aid section. They make oil blends specifically for hair and skin.

There is a line called Phyto (you can find it at Nordstrom's or some place similar) That line is AWESOME! Also, I use beer...I know you don't want home remedies, but it works great! Also....there is a Biologe (sp?) spray that works well too (you can find that at Walmart). Good Luck!
