None of your ideas are original. They have all been used.
Besides it would be false advertising. The purest & cleanest water is distilled water. I pay a quarter a gallon for it.
No, I would not. But I am also one of many losers who couldn't believe bottled water would ever go over. That was about 20 years ago. Since then, almost all those deep water supplies worldwide have been bought up by the companies that got rich from the idea. What the who would I know?

Well, the problem is this: if the water was pure to begin with, which my tap water is, then I would not pay for it anyway. I could just get it from my well. In order for anything marketed to be better than another item marketed, there has to be additions, deductions, and alterations to make the advertised product true. I still would not buy it. To me, water is water. Do I drink bottled water? Yes, especially when all that's offered is city water, which adds a negligible amount of this and a negligible amount of that. As far as packaging material, that doesn't really matter. No matter how much light hits it, it will still be no better than water that has received light. It's the air you have to worry about as air is what travels and carries bacteria. Light just acts as a catalyst creating warmth for the bacterium to attach itself to.

If it were the absolute cheapest available and it were chilled and I was thirsty - yes. Otherwise I wait until I get home and drink the water that's been run through the water filter here.
There is already vitamin fortified water on the market, so if I were drinking water with an eye to the nutrients, I would buy that. However, yours is a good idea, and I have no doubt there are people out there who would love to have that kind of water available to them. I'm thinking people who want all of their nutrients from 'natural only' sources would go for something like that, even if it were Evian-expensive instead of Aquafina or Ice Mountain priced.

It doesn't really matter if you advertise it as the healthiest and purest because every kind of bottled water out there already says that. If it is at a reasonable price, but with all the work you would have to pay to get people and all the equipment in a cave to get the water it sound pretty pricy.

That marketing idea has been used for milk for a long time. Filtered water doesn't have any nutrients. Sounds like a good idea though. I'd check it out for the right price.

no market left in bottled water. you couldnt sell it cheap enough to pay for the black bottle, let alone the cave operation, etc.
