is this going to be a problem or can a female be that late because im positive that did not get off so i want to know if its possible that she pregnant cuz i was her last and shes 6 days late and im sorta worried

When did you put the condom on?
A huge mistake that many people make is they get started and then as they begin to getting closer to ejaculating, they pull on the condom. That means that they can already have impregnated their partner throught their pre-ejaculate (or passed on or received an STD).
It's also possible that your condom had a tiny hole. Is it one you've kept in your wallet for a while? That can cause a lot of problems.
At 6 days late, she can use an EPT and find out for sure.

Could she be late due to nerves from worrying about being pregnant? She needs to go to a health clinic and get tested before you hit the panic button. Find out for sure and then, you need some counseling about birth control. Condoms are a start, but NOT the best type of birth control. the only 100% sure thing is abstinence! Don't do the deed if you aren't mature enough and prepared to handle the what if's! If you aren't prepared to be a daddy for the rest of the child's life, then don't! Be more responsible, guy!

Looks like to me that you happen to be in that veryyyyyyyyy small percentage which nobody really accounts for when they talk about how safe condoms are against impregnation and STDs. Are you sure that the condom didn't rip or anything?
She could also be doing other people and wants to put this child on you (assuming she is pregnant).
Logical course of action, get a test.
To make sure, do several tests.
If positive, get a genetic test to verify your patronship.
If positive again, good luck!

If you did not ejaculate and wore a condom, sounds like she might be sleeping around. Some women can be late due to fear as well. Tell her to relax and it should happen, if not take a test and you know it is not yours if she is pg. Good luck!
