i'm trying to know what does ladies like to talk about the most so i can become better when i talk to women, cause sometime i don't have much to talk about and i think they get bord

I don't think there's anything that all women want to talk about all the time. Try finding out what her particular interests are and talk about those.
Many women (and men) like to talk - be a good listener and ask a lot of (non-invasive) questions. Then respond in ways that show you were listening.
