Maybe it's not a UTI? Go to the DRs. There is a small red capsule known as Pyridium in order to numb the field and make it much less painful to urinate. It will flip your urine a shiny orange and it will possibly stain underwear. This remedy is whatever you'll be able to purchase over-the-counter. It isn't an antibiotic and may not healing a UTI. But,it does present a few comfort from the agony and burning. Most urinary tract infections are induced by means of micro organism. Any side of your urinary tract can end up inflamed. The urinary tract entails the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Bladder and urethra infections are essentially the most usual.

How is it treated?

A UTI is usually treated with antibiotics. It is important to finish all the pills even if the symptoms are gone. Some people choose alternative treatments such as herbs and/or cranberry juice without sugar.

Avoid drinking coffee, tea, pop, beer, wine, etc.
Avoid orange juice as it turns alkaline in your body.
Take vitamin C as it is acidic and a natural diuretic that will cause you to urinate more.
Bathe twice a day if possible to keep your genital area clean and prevent bacteria from spreading to the vagina.
Put a hot water bottle or heating pad on your abdomen and back.
The worst thing you can do is restrict fluid intake and urination.

I have heard blueberry juice has the same properties that cranberrys have, so maybe you could locate some of that and give that a try. You might have to go to a health food store. You can also find cranberry in capsules. May purchase a bottle of those and drink plenty of water. I have heard that you have to drink gallons of cranberry juice to get the effect that you are looking for, so the capsules maybe the way to go. Like I said, find a good health food store and go in there and ask them what is good of UTI's.

If you go to a health food store, they have herb based tablets that really work. I've been using them for years and it is much better than taking antibiotics...no side effects and work just as good! Plus using antibiotics, you build up a tolerance of sorts (though the explanation is far more complicated) and if you have a serious problem when only antibiotics will work (and it could be life threatening such as meningitis), they may not work due to the "tolerance.":

Yes, antibiotics!

The I in UTI stands for infection. You need antibiotics for an infection.
