The ONLY answer to the problem of death is LIFE. Jesus is LIFE
He said; I am the way the truth and the LIFE,
He said I am the ressurrection and the LIFE,
He said my sheep hear my voice... and I give them ETERNAL LIFE.
Jesus claimed that He is the source of life itself, thereby claiming to be God. Then He rose from the dead to prove it.
If anyone will repent, and trust Him, he will receive eternal life.

Think of death as graduation. We have stages of existence,
We are all spiritual beings, in this life we live within a body to experience and learn the limits of the physical. It is not just human beings that must learn these things.
Death is not really a problem. The body dies and we go on to discover.
The Spirit goes to it's next thing. It can be reborn in the physical world to learn again things forgotten or missed. It can go to it's heaven and live in fellowship with it's God. That all depends on where faith is given.
Your belief sets the next path in your Spiritual eternity.
You mention the Grim reaper. His task is merely to gather souls and direct spirits to the next path.
You do not want to meet the Reaper in bad circumstance, such as suicide or after you've killed someone.
I think I've pretty well covered things. I hope you gain something out of this, if nothing else, a chuckle.

Everything that lives dies. Every flower, toad, dog, you get the picture. The thing about it that I find the hardest is that death seems to single you out. Like on your death day everyone on earth will be having fun and living life except for you. When I get more rational I think of death as some kind of transitional miracle... like birth. Just another day... and just as much a natural process as growing that unwanted ingrown toenail. Personally I have high hopes for my after death experiences including effortlessly knowing how to figure skate, possibly being able to smoke cigs without any ill effects (i quit two years ago)... and bumping into some really great people that have passed. The fact that death is inevitable makes today worth living. It puts a sense of urgency in your step to find the truth of who you are ... and how you can make this journey just a little bit better for others.

Death is part of life. Death is a transition point from one time to the next. Life is not linear-starting at one point and ending at another. Life is cyclical-starting and stopping but never ending. Life is energy and connected to all things in the Universe. Death should be met with a clean conscience and a feeling of hope and peace for the future. Do not fear it. Meet it with your head held high and with a victorious spirit, knowing that you are one with the Universe and are not alone.

I don't see Death as a problem though... Instead, I have come to ACCEPT Death as being the final end-point of everything that I could physically accomplish in this present Life.
As a responsible individual I know that I'm accountable for ALL my thoughts and actions, and that said, I always strive to do my best in making the right choices each time...
Peace be with you.

Death is something that we can't escape! At least the first death... but after this comes the judgment. This judgment will determine whether you will be rewarded with ETERNAL LIFE or ETERNAL DEATH!
So the answer to the death problem (the eternal death), is to do all you can possibly do RIGHT NOW, to ASSURE yourself of ETERNAL LIFE when judgment day comes!
NOW (this present life), is your only opportunity to assure yourself of this. This present life is short. So you must take advantage of this right now and don't take any risks... your opportunity could be vanquished in an instant!

Quit worrying about death, and just enjoy life. If you keep worrying over such a little fact, u wunt be able to enjoy life. Besides, there's no point in worrying about somethign u cant do anything about. Just make the most of what u have, until its take away. But, I'm not really scared of death. I'm more scared of loosing the people that I love to death. Now, doesnt that sound more scary? lol

To think back on the happy times before passing away.
Death shouldn't be a problem. It's a part of life - the end of a hopefully happy, successful and benefiting life.

Make no mistake, our lives do have a purpose on this earth and we will be judged on the way we treat others and the attitudes of our hearts. No man has ever escaped death accept Jesus Christ who has the power over death, this is why we need Him as savior.
