How can I put on weight?

Eat as much as you can (try increasing your total calorie consumption by about 500 calories/day).

Eat frequently, Ideally 6 (relatively) small meals per day.

Lift weights at least 3x/wk. (ideally 5), working all your major muscle groups to exhaustion.

Quit eating so much junk food. Eating balanced meals with less fats, enough starches (rice, pasta, potatoes), lean cuts of meat (steak/chicken breast, as opposed to burgers), and plenty of fruits and vegetables will help ensure that your body has the building blocks it needs to build muscle mass.

For some people (and how lucky those people are) eating McDonalds and pizza doesn't make you fat, instead it just makes you an unathletic and un-fit. Try to gain some weight by eating a few carbs (not all bad) and tons of proteins. Maybe work out twice a week as well. This will make you strong, though not fat, and less stick-looking.
Hope that helps! :)

Your diet sounds like a recipe for an untimely death. Perhaps you should try eating healthy foods including vegetables and see what happens. If you are young with a high metabolism it will take a long time to gain weight. If you want gain weight properly, lift weights and eat well. Also, try drinking dark beers, mostly foreign instead of insipid American beers with no substance.

Eating at Mcdonalds will not make u put more weight, it will reduce the weight in ur pockets too.

Eat more cheese/butter and milk & milk products in your intake.

If u r skinny & strong u r right in structure.

you must be young.....keep up that diet and you won't be skinny for long. i suggest seeing a nutritionist for some decent advice. mcdonalds is pure crap. alcohol is empty calories and pizza really isn't all that bad. you need to eat a decent balanced diet, probably one high in protein in your case so if you can, hook up with someone who knows with a REGISTERED nutritionist....avoid the internet......full of quick sell ideas that really don't work.
