I have a red lump on my bottom eyelid, next to my tear duct. Its painfull when i move my eye and blink. It is also very sensitive to touch.

Sounds exactly like a stye. The old wives remedy for this is to gently rub the edge of a real gold ring along the stye - I have no idea what the science behind this is, but it does seem to help. If I were you though, I'd also go to the chemist for some Brolene ointment!

indeed. sounds like a sty. very very common. sty's are an infection of the meibomian or sebaceous gland on the eyelids. the microbe staphylcoccus usually causes these infections. treatment is usually warm compress a few times a day. no contacts, or extra eye paraphanallia. use saline eye drops which are plain if you need lubrication. if it really bugs you, go to urgent care or university doctor. usually passes in about a week or less, give or take a few days.

f0xymoron is right, a gold ring (such as a wedding band, not plated gold) rubbed on the eye for about 5 minutes a few times a day will make the sty go away, usually within 24 hours.

Warm compress for 10-15 minutes, three or four times a day.

they are the pore or hair folical that has got clogged by grease and such the best way to treat it is boiled water on a cotton pad and bathe it a few times a day you can also do this to keep them at bay the gp told me this when my daughter had reoccuring ones
