and do somekind f physical activity. im gonna strat going to the ymca and try for the personal trainer package and all.. and im thinking about either taken up kick boxing aerobics or else swimming. do you think as a young person like myself, it would be naturally easy for me to drop the weight i gained thru my pregnancy? I was at 115 and i got up to 156 and im now at 145. And it has been a whole year and some extra months (like 2 ) and well im tired of this extra 30 lbs im carrying around, as some of you young and older moms out there would understand. What would your all opinions and any advice be for me? I really could use some extra's "you can do it's" and "keep with its" and well thanks for your alls time.

I have been doing Weight Watchers for 27 weeks, and I have to say that when I go to the meetings I seem to do better those weeks than if I miss a week. So, for me the meetings are absolutely wonderful. However, I know several people who are a LOT younger than me (about your age), and they have dropped the weight rather quickly. You don't have that much weight to lose and if you do WW, and go to the YMCA you will have that weight off in no time!

Good luck! :-)

Twenty is not too young, as i am getting married in 11 days and I am only 19 (my fiance is also army since june 2007). But I myself, would never marry someone I was on and off again with. I believe if you break up, you must have done it for a damn good reason, and you should stay broken up. I am a one shot kinda girl I guess. I do know that statistically, people who break up (even just once) before marriage have a much higher chance of divorce. Now this statistic coupled with the already high statistic of being a young married couple, is a bit too much of a risk in my eyes. If you're going to make such a huge leap at such a young age, you want to be damn sure you're making the right choice and at least play your cards as well as you can before jumping off that cliff. Just because he joined the army doesn't mean you have to get married right away. Shoot, I have been through basic training, AIT, a deployment, and all the times when he was stationed 11 hours away. Army life is not what you're most likely expecting. Give yourself time to adapt before you jump into it.

Check out the Transitions Lifestyle System. Dr Shari Lieberman is the author of 4 books and this system REALLY works. Not a diet - learn to eat right, stay motivated and fit exercise into your life. Carbs become your friends - not enemies. This is a true life changing and life saving system.
