In the old days, a prejudiced person.
Today, a bigot is a person that does not care about your opinions or beliefs, and actually is a hypocrite. A bigot thinks that their opinion is best, and everyone elses' is inferior.

It's common knowledge that everyone has prejudices/ In itself, this is generally inconsequential. And most of us are aware that by and large these prejudices are irrational. The problem arises when an individual assumes his prejudices MUST be correct - that because he "feels" them, they must be "true."
