I guess if you can absorb them, then your body can get rid of them as well, but your enzymes are focusing on hydr. oils instead of the essential oils. I thought that if enzymes are not able to do anything with them, then they stay in your body as unusable fat. I can't find out for sure.

Stay away from hydrogenated oils at all costs. They are pure evil! Here's an interesting article about the difference between man-made trans fats and natural trans fats that occur in nature:

It doesn't. Don't eat these oils at all. Because of the way that they are made it makes it very difficult for them to pass through the body. They just end up adding inches to your waist

Oils, hydrogenated or not, are digested as any other fats are. That means they are primarily used as an energy source, ultimated metabolize into carbon dioxide and water.
