I would like to stay in Kowloon. But I don't want to live near Mongkok or Tsimshatsui. Any recommendation??

You can try Dorsett Far East Hotel.

It is in Tsuen Wan. It is highly accessible by minibus, bus and MTR. There are some sightseeing attractions nearby like Yuen Yuen Institute ( temples, monasteries ), Sam Tung UK Museum, Western Monastery. For shopping, several shopping malls such as City Landmark and Discovery Park Shopping Centr, can be reached within 10 mins by foot.

Don't stay in Kowloon!

Causeway Bay is much nicer and still a quick subway/boat over to Kowloon.

In fact, just browse through the site already gives you a good preview of the city.
