Be in the Word daily, not just reading it but studying it. & Keep your eyes on Jesus-

Read Hebrews 11, Hebrews 12:1 to learn about the cloud of witnesses that Hebrews 12:1 is referring to.

Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us let us also lay aside every encumberance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who, for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

And - put on the full armor of God - you can read about in Ephesians 6:10-18

Be a doer of the Word and not merely a hearer.

Pray

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Heb. 11:1). It is synonymous with trust. It is a divine gift (Rom. 12:3) and comes by hearing the Word of God (Rom. 10:17). It is the means by which the grace of God is accounted to the believer who trusts in the work of Jesus on the cross (Eph. 2:8). Without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb. 11:6). It is by faith that we live our lives, "The righteous shall live by faith" (Hab. 2:4; Rom. 1:17).

Learn more of Him and His power, His love for you, and reflect on His activity in your life in the past and present.

The Psalms of David often start with David kind of down in his troubles and anxious and worried. But then he writes about what God has done in the past and it restors and strengthens his faith.
Try reading them when you want to "exercise" your faith.

Stop thinking of our unconditionally loving source as being judgmental and punishing.

This is having only partial faith.

I see a God who was smart enough to come up with a plan for the salvation of each and everyone of us that is going to work 100% of the time.

This and only this is perfect faith.

Is your faith perfect?

Read the bible daily and pray daily. Also, go on mission trips. Not just to your local areas, but to Third World Countries. My boyfriend just went on one and his faith boosted enormously. Seeing the kids there and the miracles God lets happen soley because they want it to, it's amazing. Good question and God Bless.
