Those of you saying that 5 year old kids don't think about sex are totally missing the point! Don't you remember having crushes when you were that age? I remember being infatuated with a girl when I was in 1st grade, and I've discussed this many times with other people and they have similar memories. This includes my gay & lesbian friends, who remember having crushes on other kids of the same gender.
I wonder how people can be so totally void of empathy to not believe homosexuals who say it wasn't a choice. I can tell they are not lying, and it makes sense to me.

Something must have happened in the life of a 5yr old for any kind of sex to be on his mind. I think that's suspect. I have two grown daughters, and neither of them talked about hetero or homosexual things at age 5!
That child was probably molested, and perhaps doesn't recall it. It's just not normal for a child at that age to have knowledge of such things!
