sounds like a bad case of heartburn. sometimes the symptoms you describe are related to kidney stones, or gall bladder disease/gall stones. nobody can really say unless you get checked out to rule things out. it's not your appendix. try to not take any more meds, and rest, drink lots of liquids like teas or just water. relax, use heating pad. and no greasy foods and no junk foods. all natural foods should help. introduce lettuce after a few days of feeling better. good luck. and if you feel THAT bad, go to the emergency room. if you have a fever- it's a good idea to go in. use your best judgement and common sense.

is it more towards the right side of my belly button and side? If so, could possibly be appendicitis. (An inflamed appendix). It very painful and can become serious quite quickly if not checked out. It couldn either be a 'grumbling' appendix, with little pain now and then or serious where it can be close to bursting. It was the latter in my case and was close to popping and i was having pains and cramps for 48 hours as well and went to the hospital and within an hour i was on the operating table having it removed. Again it might not be a and might just be bad tummy ache. But get it checked just in case

1. Go see the doctor
2. How old are you? Might be period pains or pre-period pains
3. I'm not sure how upper, but i don't think you have appendicitis
4. Curl up...that helps me!
5. think nice thought, play classical music, and TRY TO IGNORE THE PAIN!
