i look on google and yahoo..
i only get team sites.. and sites for shoes. -_-

well personally (i know thats not the info you might be looking for, but hey, just some guidelines) i lost weight
i got muscles, like really good ones
and it helped me sleep better
it tests mental endurance (3 miles as fast as you can is hard!)
it helped me be more efficient in everything else i do because four hours of training is really hard, and i didnt really have that much time what with debate violin symphony and ap classes and all.
ya i really liked cross country.

hah the ones are particularly well! and I honestly hadn't heard a lot of the ones earlier than--you are on the whole from yet another facet of the nation than I am b/c I felt like I'd heard alllmost each top tuition XC quote round. I like 'em despite the fact that. The best humorous one I have got to upload is "Cross Country runners do it within the woods."

Actaully, Runner's world Magazine is your best bet. They give you all of the best information and exercises for any amount of running that you are going to run.
