All purpose and cake yeast. Dust the bottom of the pan with cornmeal before you put the crust in it.

Just use all-purpose flour. Don't get bread flour or whatever. I used to make pizzas all the time with all-purpose flour and it turned out good.

I use 3/4 all-purpose and 1/4 corn meal. It makes the crust kinda crackery and really good.

Bread flour and active dry yeast.Very good combination.
