In Sign Language, put up your open hand, palm out. Bend down your middle and ring fingers so that your pinky, pointer and thumb are all still up. "I love you"
For just "love", make two fists, cross your wrists, and place the crossed wrists over your heart, with the backs of your hands facing out.
