The reason is because all that stuff is man-made baloney. God never created any religion.... flawed, corrupt, mortal humans did.

Tertullian, a lawyer and presbyter of the third century Church in Carthage, was the first to use the word "Trinity" when he put forth the theory that the Son and the Spirit participate in the being of God, but all are of one being of substance with the Father.

When controversy over the matter of the Trinity blew up in 318 between two church men from Alexandria - Arius, the deacon, and Alexander, his bishop - Emperor Constantine stepped into the fray.

Although Christian dogma was a complete mystery to him, he did realize that a unified church was necessary for a strong kingdom. When negotiation failed to settle the dispute, Constantine called for the first ecumenical council in Church history in order to settle the matter once and for all.

Six weeks after the 300 bishops first gathered at Nicea in 325, the doctrine of the Trinity was hammered out. The God of the Christians was now seen as having three essences, or natures, in the form of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Trinity is a word used to describe one fact the Bible teaches about God: Our God is a Trinity. This means there are three persons in one God, not three Gods. The persons are known as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and they have all always existed as three separate persons. The person of the Father is not the same person as the Son. The person of the Son is not the same person as the Holy Spirit. The person of the Holy Spirit is not the same person as the Father. If you take away any one, there is no God. God has always been a trinity from all eternity: "From everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God" (Psalm 90:2).

God is not a trinity. There is not a single verse in the Bible that says God is made up of 3 coequal persons; not even 1John 5:7, which is a spurious addition to the Bible. That verse does not appear in modern Bibles.

Because that word was attached as a label long after the bible was written.

I would guess that the Biblical authors either didn't think of it in those terms or just didn't write it in such a way

Also, the word "trinity" is an English word, the bible was written in Aramaic and Hebrew.

Because there is no trinity in God. The Bible says the father, son and holy ghost that all these three are one. God has many names in the bible and Jesus is just another to add to his many titles. Jesus and God are the same. Please look in to this if you dont believe its all in the bible if the God head has 3 parts who do you pray to ? Who do you worship?

1 John 5:7 7For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

"trinity" is OUR word for 3 in one

Mainly because the trinity is not real. God the father Jesus Christ his son and the Holy Spirit are three separate distinct beings.

Because the trinity was invented by the catholic church a few hundred years after Jesus' death.

Because it isn't explicitly in the bible. It was inferred and used to describe their god.
