Yes, it is a great program and easy to stay on. For me personally I do better when I actually pay the money and go to the meetings to get weighed in but I can still follow the program and do well without paying the money. It allows you to decide what you eat and there is nothing that is off limits. It encourages healthy eating but doesn't make you feel so guilty about having a splurge once in awhile. If you do weight watchers there is a website www.dwlz.com that has points for a lot of restaurants and other great information.

It worked well on me and my mother, you just have to remember that losing weight is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet. This diet helps you to determine which foods are okay and how much to eat. After 3 weeks on the diet I didn't need the books anymore and lost 30 lbs in 2 or 3 months. I've kept it off too, but I changed the way I eat permanently

I have not, but my sister and neighbor have. They both liked it for awhile, but like most fad diets, it didn't last. I just plain ol cut my portion size down and limit sweets. Just from watching my sister deal with the numbers, and counting, it was very time consuming. But if you need to lose weight and this workds, then great. It can be annoying have to keep track of every little thing you eat and figuring out the point value.

YEP- it was a good program. Lost about 50 pounds within a year, but then i started to find out i could cheat a little bit and bit by bit- i wasn't losing the weight anymore and i just got to busy with life i quit going. Going to the meetings really help a lot! If you stick with it- you'll be fine. If you start to cheat or quit- you'll gain it all back- like i've done. good luck.

Yes I have and it works great. I did it a long time ago. It was great for losing the weight but I couldn't keep it off because I couldn't live like that forever. Sugar Busters is the better "diet" because it's not a diet and you can eat really good stuff on it.

I know someone who did they said it worked for a while, but they took a trip so they decided to take a break and it's impossible to get back on it. So I'd say go for it it works well really easy but don't take breaks. And make sure you drink the recommended water.

My best friend has & liked it. She lost lbs. but went back to her old ways so the lbs. came back.
The best plan is the plan that works for you but if you want to keep the lbs. off you really need to change your lifestyle.
It's not just food it's everything. The way you do things, how long you do them. The list goes on & on.
If this is for you GOOD LUCK to you.

No I have not, but in my opinion nothing works better than being motivated to exercise and watching your diet.
