First stop, wearing ponytails on relax hair. Your damaging your hair. Your hair need to be wrapped up at night, and do not use rubberbands or anything tight on your hair. It's relax now so it, easier to break off.

1) wash your hair
2) blow it out
3) curl it with curling iron-- make it really curly, it'll fall later
***it's healthier if you set wet hair on rollers and use a sit under a sit-under dryer...
4) then wrap it, and tie it up with a scarf to sleep
5) comb it out with a wide tooth come in the morning and... voila!
