Can I sell a car with New York repo papers to Canada?

The best thing to do is have a title issued into the dealership name (resale title) and sell the car with a clean title!

with NY repo papers , there is no title, you would need to go to dmv and get a title in either your name or in the dealerships name. Then you can sell it with a title
